My name is Misty and I am the owner and operator of Cakes by M.  After winning best dessert in Grand County at Chefs Cup in 2014, I put Cakes by M on hold and began working with the top catering company in the area.  I was the head baker and decorator for 6 years, creating fun recipe combinations and popular decorating techniques for locals and visiting guests alike.  Now, I am operating from my home through the colorado cottage food law.   I make cakes and cupcakes mostly, but have had some special requests for other desserts, so don’t hesitate to ask.  I do not have a store front, and everything is made to order, so 24 hours notice is appreciated.
